The Site Admin and Liaison Apprentice will work in our site office and will report to the Project Manager. This role is to maintain accurate project records, produce reports, memos, and documents, and to carry out general reception duties and general administrative functions.
A key function of this role is the assembly of the site report for the monthly site meeting and all associated administration. The role will also involve community liaison, customer service and associated community event coordination, attendance and support.

Training Requirements:
To undertake the apprenticeship qualification, and the associated end point assessment within the expected duration for the role.
Apprenticeship: Business Administrator Level 3
Duration: The apprenticeship will take a minimum of 12 months to complete
Entry requirements :
Apprentices will be required to have or achieve level 1 English and Maths (equivalent to GCSEs at grades D to G) and to have taken level 2 (equivalent to GCSEs at grades A* to C) English and Maths tests prior to completion of their Apprenticeship.
Good IT skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook and the internet
Well organised and accurate
Good communication skills – written and verbal
Experience responding to customer or resident queries
Ability to work under pressure
Previous experience of working in a customer service, office environment or similar
Confident at using own initiative and working with minimal supervision
CSCS card
